Moiraine told Perrin this when they ran into Be'lal in Tear. The warder also has their dreams shielded though I'm not sure if the AS had to do this or is it part of the bond. Moiriane mentioned this to Perrin when he was first having his troubles with the world of dreams and he asked if she could help him. Her reply was that she was a Blue and could only take one warder which implies its part of the bond.
