She's spoiled and obnoxious, but all indications are that these traits were exacerbated because so many of her teachers fawned over her strength in the One Power during her training. There is the possibility that with experience and maturity, she'd grow to become a good Sister but I'm convinced that leadership doesn't come naturally to her since you can be an extremely effective leader despite having a crappy personality.
