Maybe, but better safe than sorry. Joel Send a noteboard - 28/04/2011 03:28:19 PM
And it's not like he didn't ALREADY re-read the series for that reason.

Prior to writing the previous book, yes; now he's writing the next and final book and many of the same issues with writing in progress persist.

Is it just me, or is Sanderson's re-read of WoT taking an inordinate amount of time? - 25/04/2011 08:35:10 PM 2227 Views
I would prefer it if he re-read it 5 times. I don't mind waiting. - 25/04/2011 08:41:31 PM 1192 Views
Same - 26/04/2011 01:12:58 AM 1051 Views
I would love BS to get a better handle on the characters as well. - 26/04/2011 05:42:24 PM 1064 Views
My problems with the series have little or nothing to do with Sanderson. - 27/04/2011 10:50:15 PM 920 Views
Why should you care. Just stop reading the series. - 28/04/2011 09:45:17 PM 1039 Views
It's not like he's just reading for the hell of it. - 25/04/2011 09:31:18 PM 1251 Views
Then what the hell is Maria being employed for? *NM* - 27/04/2011 10:50:46 PM 476 Views
As a backup that he can go to when he can't take time to reread. - 27/04/2011 11:15:48 PM 949 Views
He probably doesn't think he can afford to skim; which bits are the trivial ones? - 26/04/2011 04:36:56 AM 984 Views
Sanderson of all people should know what bits are trivial by now - 27/04/2011 10:52:00 PM 825 Views
Maybe, but better safe than sorry. - 28/04/2011 03:28:19 PM 894 Views
Trivial is in the eye of the beholder. - 28/04/2011 09:52:52 PM 943 Views
*dry* but imagine if he got those skimmable parts WRONG!! - 26/04/2011 04:41:23 PM 924 Views
One persons "skimmable parts" is another persons treasure. - 26/04/2011 06:02:35 PM 906 Views
Oh, I don't mind how much time he spends. - 27/04/2011 05:07:42 AM 836 Views
I would guess that he's doing this. - 26/04/2011 06:06:42 PM 986 Views
It'd be interesting to see his desk - 27/04/2011 05:10:28 AM 947 Views
