A person has to give up their ability to channel in order to make an Angreal and so a Sa'angeal would require a circle of channelers. That may explain why male Angreal are so rare. although (typing out loud) I don't know how a Male Sa'angeal could be built... Anbody want to execise their brain


I like that idea, or at least the part about giving up the ability to channel to make angreal. I don't know if its right but I like it.
