I thought that, initially at least, only Ishmael really had that figured. I thought the other ones thought he was going to remake the world and the let them have at (or at least, they lived in denial of the former in hope of the latter).

And some of their motivations make a bit of sense. I can see someone like Demandred having such a powerful grudge that he'd go "fuck reality, if LTT dies, that's all that matters!!" It is a bit stupid, but it does make some sense.
