Notice that we're told that when the BA attacked, several women were channeling with incredible power. This could just be a reference to Nynaeve and Mesaana, or it could mean that Mesaana had created Dream angreal and given it to the BA. This could explain how they were channeling so powerfully, despite using the weaker versions of the ter'angreal.
How did the BA manage to use the OP so strongly in T'A'R during the fight in the Tower?
