He may, but it would be quite jarring considering the trend we've seen. No major good guys have died that I can think of.


I agree. The good guys have been shuffled around and demoted to various roles and ability sets, but they have survived. The only deaths have been among the darkfriends and Forsaken. The tone of the series seems to favor the Mary and Marty Sues in the main cast, so while one of them dying would be dramatic, I doubt it would happen.
