could be. i wonder how "local" it could have been, if all of these balescreams were felt globally or not. etc
the timing seem's a bit off for faile to have felt rand did at natrins barrow. although, at most these events are within a couple weeks of each other.
or it could be an unrelated event. the DO warping the pattern kinda thing. creating the same type of effect etc etc.
