I'm pretty sure Aviendha is still on her journey from Cold Rocks to Rhudien. IIRC she left Rands camp in AD about a week prior to his meeting with Tuon in Falme. It's possible that she made that journey on foot in time to coincide with their meeting, but it seems doubtful. Although with all the funky overlapping between the books I could be wrong.
