What are you talking about? Egwene was nowhere near such a feat. In fact, the White Tower's authority was at an almost all time low, with the Seanchan controlling Altara, Tarabon and Amadicia. Tear and Illian aren't much influenced by the Tower and the Black Tower is a powerful independent force.
