I think pretty much everyone had puzzled this one out :p
It's more than half, he's got some Aiel blood from Tigraine as well: Harriet confirmed the line of Ishara had an Aiel ancestor (a little Jenn girl that got kidnapped, her mother becoming the first Maiden of the Spear). The tallness and coloring of the lines with the most ties to Ishara's (Norwellyn, Mantear, Trakand) suggests it's still fairly present in their genetics.
