View original postI doubt the White Tower makes very much from its Aes Sedai. Channelers are a minority, and nobles are a minority, so the number of noble channelers must be quite miniscule.
Actually, I would guess nobles would be overrepresented among Aes Sedai, since a noble would be more likely to meet an Aes Sedai and less afraid to ask to be tested than ordinary people.
