Do you think RJ knew he made Egwene, just, the worst, or do you think he was genuinely clueless as to how awful he'd made her?

I may have read it on one of your EE posts, or perhaps one of the responses, but I've felt that RJ knew she was just, the worst, and used her to show that the Wheel can use even terrible people to advance the common good.

He clearly knew what her character faults were, as Rand even comments on them a few times(though pretty much everyone else in the books for some odd reason seems annoyingly blind to them), but as far as how bad he actually viewed them as being... No clue.

I can't say for sure, but I think it might have been a little deliberate or at least subconscious. Cannoli - 05/11/2016 09:03:19 PM 1968 Views
