So in TSR, Asmodean, in his alias, the Gleeman Nateel, performs what appears to be an epic song about Manetherin for the Aiel and company during their trip to Cold Rock Hold.
Here is my question: Is that really how he spent his time since being released from his 3000 year prison term? I mean Rahvin, Belal, Sammael and, to a lesser extent Graendal and Messana, have set themselves up as rulers of nations. Lanfear is spending her time shadowing Rand. Ishmael and Demandred have a number of schemes going on.
But apparently Asmodean has spent his time memorizing the details of epic poems/songs.
