Min had fear in her eyes because Rand lost control, he lost his humanity. It's not that Min was afraid because of the Semirhage incident, she said she realized that it wasn't HIM choking her. No, she was fearful for his soul, for what he became, not her own safety.
Actually, there's a passage from Min's POV where she doubts that whole incident, a very small part of her at least.
