Justice is described in TGH when Hawkwing arrives via the Horn. It is a greatsword and shines like a mirror. Rand's blade isn't nearly as bulky.

BS told Jennifer Liang (sp?) that it was Justice.

Well that's interesting and surprising. I hope it's more than a rumour.
