By determining the target one can probably figure out more about the plans of the Shadow. As said, Moridin seems to be in control of the Shadowspawn armies. I don't see him just randomly sending a Trolloc force to Ebou Dar. Tylee as the target actually doesn't make much sense, because it's more promising to use an assassin to kill a single person. Besides that, Tylee seems hardly such important.

On the other hand, it makes some sense to send a Shadowspawn force to destroy all the remaining Tinkers, who are gathered near Ebou Dar, especially if the Tinker might counter the DO's touch in some way.

Since this first attempt to destroy the Tinkers failed, one can expect that the Shadow will try again, maybe eventually using the Super DH pack.
