However, I think it's still possible that Rand will stay the beggar a bit longer, will eventually fake his death, and might again become anonymous after TG (usually Prophecies don't deal with events after TG).

After all, RJ wrote about Rand: "He came like the wind, like the wind touched everything, and like the wind was gone." This certainly indicates that Rand won't stay as a ruler after TG (Perrin, Mat & Tuon, Logain, Egwene and others will rule then).
