It started out so like Rand's first Ishy dreams, with Ishy taunting him; then it took this complete left turn and showed that Rand had grown stronger/harder/whatever, so maybe he took Moridin aback a little too...
And, instead of taunts, this weariness, and you begin to wonder just what Elan Morin would've been like had he stayed with the Light.
