The Shadow already has a deficit of 10000 or so channelers. 1000 Aes Sedai, many thousands of damane, many thousands of Windfinders, many thousands of Wise Ones, and most of the Ashaman. Not to mention scores of angreal and sa'angreal vs Graendal's lone, balefired little ring angreal.

Demandred better have the whole Isle of the Madmen Trained up and 'gathered for war', or else the Shadow are in for one hell of an ass-whipping.
