The Shadow already has a deficit of 10000 or so channelers. 1000 Aes Sedai, many thousands of damane, many thousands of Windfinders, many thousands of Wise Ones, and most of the Ashaman. Not to mention scores of angreal and sa'angreal vs Graendal's lone, balefired little ring angreal.

As long as they have enough to distract the channelers of the light while the Trollocs close and engage in hand to hand combat that will be enough.
