The "every Forsaken died by balefire" can't be right, either. Osan'gar was burned up with a massive blast of fire at the Cleansing. (The group responsible didn't know the weave for balefire.)
I agree, but it was clear that BS thought Osan'gar was balefired. To me this indicates that he's not coming back.
