If Lanfear had been stilled she could have been healed once in her new body, which would account for a decrease in power.


This is true and probably as good of an explanation as any

And yes, I asked a bunch of questions that I wanted answers to that I assumed would be RAFO's regarding the Creator and the Dark One hoping that Brandon would be willing to discuss at least one or two whether on or off the record. In the end, I'm glad he was willing to go into more detail regarding other powers, Mordeth, Cyndane and the Finns.


No worries - I'd have done the same (though my areas of discussion would have been different).
