I know from reading reports of various signings that Brandon's not fond of The Spanking Scene (although I and many others loved it) and he's hinted that he'll try to do something similar to Cadsuane. It occurred to me yesterday that when she and Egwene finally meet that the Amyrlin could order Cadsuane publically birched for some transgression. (Look at how she chewed out both Halls.) Off the top of my head, the best reason would be for convincing a third of the Aes Sedai to stand aside, thus prolonging the rebellion, which would techinically be treason.
