I was reminded of Elaida's liking for plants guttering flame Send a noteboard - 01/12/2009 07:51:31 AM
It seemed to have a different slant here but that was the immediate connection I made on reading it.

So Elaida likes plants (pretty flowers particularly) because they can't backtalk at her. Silent, obedient and pretty, they're everything she wants.

Suana raises a little jungle in her rooms. Why? Maybe like Elaida she feels more at ease with them rather than the fractious humans and tries to hide behind them.

Who comes out looking worst in the Egwene-Suana encounter? Egwene, Suana or B-Sand? - 27/11/2009 04:16:18 PM 1773 Views
I interpreted it as Branderson trying to make the Yellow more believable. - 27/11/2009 07:09:43 PM 929 Views
