I confess the idea of the three Asha'man being forced to become warders never rang through for me. I can see how it was necessary from a plot point of view but we have three Asha'man who are reasonably strong as channeler go and can travel.
Yes they would be worried about the Aes Sedai comming after them but the AS were far too distracted at the time and they could travel, the Aes Sedai could not. Rand's personal Asha'man are not quite as arrogant as the regular Black Tower men but RJ made a point of showing that Asha'man don't fear the Aes Sedai any more, in fact some of them treat the AS with contempt.
A bigger problem might be the Black Tower comming after them but from what we know of the Black Tower the fact that they were warders would not stop Taim or any of the other Asha'man.
As far as the nobles and people of Chairhien, since when have Asha'man been afraid of them?
