It's probably why I like Egwene and the Forsaken - they're all legend and too icky and fun to read about. Realism is low down on my list when reading, I get enough from the part of the Pattern that I live in
I think that is what I learned from this series - to read something for the sake of fun.
I'd include Rand in the above, though. I can't stand his personality, but I do get a kick out of him being in God Mode.
