I believe Ronald Reagan and Bush, Jr. had religious advisors who had a hand in "guiding" the president.
Instead, he and Nancy relied on astrology to help "guide" our nation. Over the years they had several astrologers, including Jeane Dixon, Joyce Jillson, Carrol Richter and Joan Quigley.
