Again, her point that Elaida's embassy was fundamentally flawed because it was sent by a Red is very valid. Unless you think Rand was a blubbering retard, he definitely would have noticed that the Tower had chosen to replace a Blue who let him run relatively free with a Red he knows mistrusts him.


... but I'm pretty sure that if you reread the books where Rand was in the presence of that Blue's agent, you'll find that Rand's thoughts are certainly not that he is left to run relatively free. Quite the opposite, I should say.
