To remind you of the One Power and the True Source. The combination in True Power shall make clear that it's a Power like the One Power, but usable by both genders like the True Source. The name True Power also suggests that it's more powerful than the One Power (you actually feel such an ecstasy, if you use the True Power). Of course, the terrible price you pray for this drug isn't mentioned, though.
Therefore I think it's a pretty clever name to deceive people by glorifying the DO's power and at the same time trivialize its prize (better than e.g. the "Dark Power" ). As said, Shadow rhetoric, maybe comparable to the name "Ministry of Truth" for the Propaganda Ministry in Orwells' 1984 or other cynical names/rhetoric invented by dictatorships.
