The bubbles of evil we've seen don't seem to have an escape clause in the same way this repetitive event does - generally speaking, if someone dies in a bubble of evil, they're dead until Reborn (unless they were entirely destroyed).

It really does seem to be a case where the Pattern is growing less coherent and stable, and it's attempt to correct itself is what is causing the lack of order; this seems more dangerous than the situations where the Dark One directly acts on a specific part of the Pattern because it is the Pattern itself that is making the situation worse.
