Yeah, that's an assumption I made, that making ter'angreal is totally different than the other two. Which when you think about it isn't that far fetched. Think of ter'angreal as an end product that can do some interesting things (instant library anyone?), and angreal/sa'angreal as more of a tool/lense. Very often manufacturing tools/machines take FAR more labor and time to produce than the goods they end up producing.
