Teutonic Cavalry works pretty well for whitecloaks (mod the crosses red and you're done). The castles would look right for WoT, as would the cities. Two Rivers archers = English longbowmen, and you could even have Mat's Band of the Red Hand with firearms in anticipation of the use of Aludra's gunpowder. The Seanchan would work well as the Mongols or Timurids (both from a technology standpoint and the way those factions roll over others initially).

Still, I applaud the effort that anyone takes to make a mod like that.
