I don't think it fits Datakim Send a noteboard - 04/01/2010 02:13:21 AM
The only wrong that I can think of that the seanchan have slain and could slay again are the shadowspawn. They eradicated them all on their side of the ocean to the point where noone believes in them, heck they dont even have borderlands from what we know. Only major flaw in this theory is that I doubt a "Dark" prophecy would call the shadowspawn (basically their whole army) "wrong"...

Is there even a blight in the Seanchan continent? Shayol Ghul is not there atleast so I would presume the power of the DO is far weaker there than it is in the Westlands. That might explain how they were able to wipe out the shadowspawn in their side of the ocean so easily.

Regardless, we know from what BS has said that the shadow has FAR more trollocs at their disposal than the blight can support. Probably many many millions. There is no way the Seanchan could wipe them all out. Especially since this would have to happen "before the great lord comes" or before the last battle.

It seems quite unlikely that the Seanchan will suddenly kill all the shadowspawn in the entire blight. Not to mention it would make for a rather boring last battle if all trollocs were dead when the DO "comes".

Your theory ignores the word "Again," an important word IMO *NM* - 03/01/2010 03:14:43 PM 518 Views
