Based on the evidence of just the books, we know that Elayne has no weaknesses in any of the five powers, knows some really nasty weaves learned from Moghedien. If Taim is proved to be FS trained and shows no deficiencies in the five powers, however, I'd bet on him for sure.

Plus, if she's anything like Egwene in the skill department, then I'll bet that she can hand Taim his ass with a circle.

Incidentally, I'm beginning to think that just as Rand is top of the tree for strength, Egwene heads the dexterity list. It seems to me that we've seen absolutely no one do fourteen weaves at once, and that's supposed to be extremely difficult. It would make sense too, as Egwene is the female equivalent of Rand, and as strength is to males, dexterity is to females.
