If the Seanchan patrol will report that they saw a very tall red-haired, one-handed channeler vomitting in the midst of Ebou Dar, and if Tuon will put two and two togther & consider that Rand is completely mad now. It should appear as a very weird incident to the Seanchan.


If Tuon told High Command to keep an eye out for someone matching that description, then yeah. If not, then I doubt such news would ever reach Tuon - Rand could simply have been a tall, one-handed drunk, in which case the patrol wouldn't have thought it worth reporting up through the command chain, I think. He didn't really cause any trouble, so no need.
