I don't see ANY of the Forsaken being particularly eager to confront Rand at this point if they are going to be punished for harming him even in self-defense.
Though one possible still pending plotline regarding Rand's death is Aran'gar considering in KoD, ch.3 - after Moridin forbids the other Forsaken to harm Rand in any way, but suggests to kill Mat and Perrin instead - that "she had no objections to killing these two if she happened to come across them, but Moridin was going to be terribly disappointed over Rand al'Thor."
In my view, it's possible that Aran'gar is now staying with Perrin's group after she left the Rebels, and this might lead to danger for Rand, but we have to RAFO in ToM on this.
BTW, this general order to find & kill the other two ta'veren is probably also similar to the general orders to find the seals, spread chaos everywhere or bring Rand pain of heart; a Forsaken would be rewared if those things were achieved, but generally the Forsaken are rather concentrated on their own plots.
Besides that, I agree with Moridin that Cyndane would take any chance to kill Rand, if she would get it.
