The Three Oaths were undertaken voluntarily, as are all but maybe two Warder bonds currently known. The Asha'man bonds are on willing participants or women who are lucky to be alive. I fail to see why any of those need to be removed.
The point not about the strength of the characters that are under Bonds, Oaths, Compulsion weaves. And not about their internal goodness or evilness.
The point about Nynaeve saving lives from the effects of existing weaves and thus doing something again that was not done before.
I agree that Oaths maybe tough nut to crack for Nynaeve, but the Warder Bonds thing has similar to Compulsion traces and thus can be Healed somehow.
