It really depends on the difference in skill level. The skill level of the Forsaken is so much greater than the skill level of present day Randland Aes Sedai. But overall strength would make a bigger difference.

A half dead Moghedien overwhelmed Liandrin using the disparity in their strengths.

At the cleansing the present day Aes Sedai narrowed the strength gap with the Forsaken by linking and the use of Callandor. Even with the huge disparity in skill level the Forsaken were driven off by the Caddy and friends.

Egwene/Elayne/Aviendha are all more skilled than Nyneave (except in healing). In a duel Nyneave would overwhelm Egwene/Elayne/Aviendha in abot 2 seconds with strength alone.
