Generally, I agree, but she isn't done yet.
1) Making ter'angreal could turn into angreal or sa'angreal. That would be a game changer.
2) She still may have a big part to play at the Black Tower, or with the Borderlanders.
3) Her relationship with the Kin and the Windfinders may also prove to be very hand, and influential.
Plus, she saved Birgitte. That was a big one.
