We did know by that point he was their assassin.


I'd have to see the quote to be sure, but even if we did know by then, it still doesn't explain who sent him and how he would know to be in that store room in Caemlyn, how he disposed of the body, or who sent him after Asmo, the only FS who knew he was with Rand was Lanfear, and she was out of the picture. Unless you think that she asked the Finns to have Slayer kill Asmo :P


and/or she was in Finnland and so was Slayer and gave him the orders to off Rand's bard. she didnt have to say it was Asmo.
