Hockey is by far thee most interesting sport (this is just my opinion), its the most unnatural of games (who would have thought to stick blades on the bottom of boots and then whack at a peice of horse crap [i.e. road apples] with a stick). Its just incredibly fun to watch and there is always a lot of emotion on the ice.
Unfortunately hockey has been branded very violent, and while yes, it is violent, it is not as bad as many make it out to be.

Oh yeah...and Curling is pretty cool too, some of those shots take a hell of a lot of accuracy.
