Except when I am pervy.
Sounds like you had fun Alf. In a very non pervy sort of way, of course. 
I always have fun at the gym. All my precious little endorphins. The urge to kill all the fatso's just fades away. 
Anyway, as far as exercise goes, I play soccer just about every day of the week. I also do pushups, crunches and the like every night, and occasionally I even make myself pick up a weight or two. Not often though. 
I don't do pushups... I do crunches though, and I've found those exercise balls are excellent for working on your midsection. Have you ever tried one? Most useful, especially with lower abs and obliques. I also don't use weights much, I prefer resistance machines, but free weights are useful sometimes.
I think of myself in excellent, if not exactly overly buff, shape.
