Oooh four miles a day is quite a bit. I sometimes go for two or three, but I don't run much anymore. I used to do cross-country, but gave up after high school (two yrs ago)
Cross Country=good times. 
Yeah, the gym can be useful if you want to build muscles, so I can see how some people would like to go there. Or if it's raining. 
I seldom fling children from towers to improve their health.
My Gymcapades make me wonder.
