My regime (once i stop being a lazy bastad) is 6 (maybe 7)days a week free weights using a bench at home, run 3 mornings a week for half hour and someimes go for a bike ride of a sunday.
As for supplements i was taking protein shake and creatine for a while last year (not at the same time), i found the creatine to be useless but the shake added a lot of body mass that was easy enough to turn in to muscle.
My Gymcapades make me wonder.
