In 1977, Easton Press did a leather-bound, 22 karat gold-gilt edition of 100 of the world's classics. I found a good-to-very-good condition of Moby Dick for only $25. Most of these books would run close to or well over $100 for this level of condition or greater. I love bargains, especially when they are of some of my favorite books in the world.
