...and I remember loving the books, and the core idea of how much of what you do is choice, and how much is fate/what you are born as in life.

I don't remember a writing style change, but I was fairly young, so now I'm curious to go back and view the series from a fresh, more ... sophisticated ... viewpoint.

I've read a lot of GGK novels over the years, and his style is generally quite ornate and sophisticated, so I'm really interested to go back and review The Finovar Tapestry.

Also, I recently read Ysabel, and missed the reference. It is going to drive me crazy now.
