1. What dystopian literature have you read?
Brave New World, 1984, Animal Farm, The Giver, Handmaid's Tale, Fahrenheit 451, The Lottery, A Clockwork Orange, Atlas Shrugged
Ooh, I do have A Clockwork Orange! And Atlas Shrugged, though I wonder if I'll ever get through that one.
2. Which was your favorite, and why?
I have two favorites - Brave New World because it's very re-readable and great to draw reference to, and The Giver because I read it when I was just a kid and it made a real impression on me.
Yeah, that was one of the first ones I read. It had a more hopeful ending than others, which I liked.
3. Which was your least favorite, and why?
The Handmaid's Tale. I thought it was far less disturbing than it thought it was.
Than it thought it was or than others thought it was?
5. Do you find it hard to read some dystopian literature because it is so disturbing?
No, I find most less disturbing than I'd like. I'd like to be more alarmed.

The problem with post-apocalyptic stories is that there are so many which are utter crap.
