This one on the other hand is easy. The Silmarillion. In a "they mustn't ever do it" way, that is, not in the "I wouldn't watch it if they made it" way.


They could do tales from it, just not film it as a complete work at all. The Children of Húrin would be an obvious choice for a film from it.


Imagine what they would do to it. Just imagine. I will hunt them down.
