1. What book would you most like to see adapted to film or TV?

I'd like a decent Pratchett adaptation. The Sky versions aren't the best.

Mostly because they have David Jason in them in roles which don't work. Although I liked him as Alfred. Did you see Making Money?

He was good as Alfred, but totally wrong for Rincewind.

I did see it. I thought the guy playing Moist was cheesy, but I liked Vetinari better than Jeremy Irons' version. It seemed like they were operating on a smaller budget than for Hogfather and Colour of Magic and suffered for it.
2. What would you least like to see (things that haven't yet been adapted)?

Wheel of Time, The Catcher in the Rye (even though I'm not a big fan of the book, or posssibly because of this fact)

Why not WoT?

I prefer to visualise it in my head, and think any adaptation would have to leave stuff out and therefore be "wrong"
Do you prefer to see plays on the stage or on film? (I mean film versions of the plays, not stage performances that have been filmed.)

I prefer plays on stage. The only filmed plays that I've seen were of King Lear, and were sub-TV Movie of the Week quality.

Awww. You need to try more of them. Kenneth Branagh's version of Hamlet is superb, as is the film of .

I have heard that Branagh's Shakespeare adaptations are good, and I like the sound of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.
